Body Sensing is a form of guided meditation to get you more in touch with your physical body and all of the sensations arising in the body. This is a great practice to do for cultivating your capacity to feel your body, which ultimately leads to better sex and the capacity to feel more pleasure. This is also a very down-regulating, or relaxing practice, because you take the time to just be with yourself and your body for this 9 minute practice. You can use this before sex or a self-pleasure practice to come more into your body or just for becoming more present or relaxed.
